OSHA Violation is an electronic music project that began as an experimental electronic music project with some influences from IDM, and has also been to outer space. As of late they've been incorporating elements of minimal synth and ambient techno, while still retaining elements of IDM and experimental music.
The first OSHA Violation album, Ditch The Quaaludes, was released on October 6th of 2020.
In fall of 2020, Dr Chris Boshuizen put out an open call and invited musicians around the country to submit music to bring into space with him aboard the Blue Origin New Shepherd rocket! We selected Sonder by OSHA Violation to submit and he accepted the submission!
On the morning of Oct 13 2021, Dr B and the song went into space on a specially designed usb flash drive.
He created a SoundCloud playlist with all the songs he brought to space in it! Sonder is song #231 on the playlist!
On January 31st, 2025, OSHA Violation released 'Lost Futures', my first full length OSHA Violation release. It contains 17 tracks and took 3 - 4 years of on and off work to complete. It can be listened to on Bandcamp, Spotify and any other streaming service.
